This is a commission-only role suited for individuals with strong networks in:Luxury hospitality procurementInterior design and architecture studiosHigh-end rug/furniture showroomsGlobal sourcing agents or export buyersIdeal for freelancers, consultants, ex-industry professionals, or agents who appreciate craftsmanship and storytelling, and wish to monetize their networks flexibly.You bring to the table:Proven sales and business development experience in luxury interiors or textiles—especially rugs or bespoke carpetsExpertise in product knowledge—materials, weaving techniques, craftsmanship, and customizationConsultative selling skills with architects, designers, hospitality professionals, or HNIsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilitiesA passion for design-led stories, artisanal craft, and premium lifestyle productsThe RoleAs our Sales Business Development partner, you’ll embody the brand’s essence—actively selling while telling a story of artistry and design. Your responsibilities will include:Identifying and engaging potential B2B clients—interior designers, architects, furniture studios, hospitality projectsDelivering bespoke consultations, presenting our luxury collections, craftsmanship, and customization capabilitiesBuilding long-term relationships to generate repeat businessRepresenting DOTS Living at design shows, exhibitions, and networking events—bringing our design narrative to lifeCollaborating internally to help expand collections based on market and design trendsCompensationThis is a commission-based role with competitive incentives linked directly to confirmed sales.
