Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time position is ideal for a fresher with 0-1 years of work experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while enhancing RUniq Celebrations' customer base. This role will involve engaging with clients and promoting our services to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and client referrals to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our unique event management solutions
  • Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to establish a strong professional relationship
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on customer needs and ensure the successful execution of events
  • Understand customer requirements, tailor service offerings accordingly, and successfully close sales deals
  • Track sales activities, report progress, and provide feedback to the management team for strategic decisions
  • Participate in industry events and workshops to enhance knowledge and expand the company's professional network
  • Continuously update CRM software with accurate customer and sales information for tracking and analysis
