Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with partners and customers within your assigned regional territory. You will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, renewals, and supporting the field sales representatives with pricing and technical guidance. This position focuses on executing demand generation plans, acquiring new customers, recruiting partners, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The ISR will maintain accurate records of sales activities, quota attainment, and pipeline while collaborating closely with the Outbound Sales Representatives (OSR), Product Managers (PM), and Business Managers (BM) to ensure seamless operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT products distribution sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to partners and customers.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and close deals.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Team Player: A collaborative approach with the ability to work seamlessly with other team members, including OSRs, PMs, and BMs.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with IT products and distribution channels, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Record-Keeping: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate records of sales activities, funnel, pipeline, and quota attainment.
