We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring for AI & Data Science practice in India. This is a high-impact, niche recruitment role focused on building a world-class team of AI, ML, and data professionals – not volume hiring, but strategic and business-critical.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end hiring for AI and Data Science roles across levels
  • Directly engage with senior, high-calibre stakeholders in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven space
  • Bring strategic thinking, business maturity, and agility to hiring decisions
  • Leverage modern sourcing and engagement methods tailored to niche talent pools
  • Influence and drive hiring discussions, pipelines, and outcomes with minimal hand-holding

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience recruiting in the AI/ML/Data Science space (not just IT hiring)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – especially with senior leaders and niche tech teams
  • Ability to think beyond traditional hiring – tapping into creative sourcing channels and networks
  • Maturity, ownership, and confidence to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes
