We're Hiring: Associate Manager - Corporate Communication

Join us as an Associate Manager - Corporate Communication at our Hisar Plant, where you'll be at the heart of employee engagement, corporate storytelling, leadership branding, and plant-focused communications.

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end internal communication initiatives across plant and warehouse locations
• Create content for newsletters in English, Hindi, and Odia – tailored for both officers and workmen
• Lead plant-level branding – from notice boards to hoardings, bus shelters to digital screens
• Bring leadership closer to teams via townhalls, MD interactions, podcasts, and more
• Support CSR and External Communications through engaging videos, media coordination, and local PR
• Plan and execute employee engagement events like Founder's Day, Women's Day, and Vishwakarma Night
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message
• Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, and creative production

What We're Looking For:

• 4–5 years of experience in corporate/internal communications , content creation, or employee engagement
• Excellent writing skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (must-have)
• Strong event management, stakeholder coordination, and content development skills
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, basic video editing , and hands-on photography
• Empathy, creativity, agility, and the confidence to host/compère events

Preferred Education:

• Full-time degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or Marketing from:
• Indian Institute of Mass Communication (Delhi)
• MICA Ahmedabad
• Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication
• Xavier's Institute of Communications
• Asian College of Journalism
