Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our design and build services. Respond to inbound inquiries and effectively convert leads into sales opportunities. Sales Generation: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers, addressing their needs persuasively. Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored services to meet their expectations. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. Lead Management: Maintain and update customer databases , ensuring timely and accurate information. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals . Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business . Sales Reporting: Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics . Provide valuable feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends . Required Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or similar customer service/sales roles. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas , especially over the phone . Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional local language skills are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport and persuade customers. Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints . Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and committed to achieving sales targets . Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining customer data and managing communication tools.
