We are hiring for a leading manufacturer of innovative, high-quality films for automotive, architectural, and industrial applications. As a company committed to excellence, we aim to provide exceptional value through our product offerings and customer service. We are currently looking for passionate professionals to join our team in the role of Long Arm Sales Champion for the Gujarat to help expand our market presence in the Paint Protection Films and Window Films sectors.
Purpose of the Role:
The RSM, ASM will be responsible for driving and managing sales activities within the assigned region of Gujrat. The role demands a strategic approach to work closely with the Zonal Head, Dealers, Distributors, and Third-Party Sales Force. The individual will focus on expanding and strengthening the channel distribution network, increasing brand visibility and product awareness, and supporting promotional campaigns, including digital platforms. The RSM,ASM will also provide valuable market intelligence and play a key role in strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Work closely with Zonal Head, Dealers, Distributors, and Third-Party Sales Force to align regional objectives with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
2. Channel Development & Distribution Strengthening:
- Identify and develop distribution networks across Gujarat, ensuring strong channel growth and expansion.
- Work with existing partners to enhance their performance and capabilities.
3. Brand Visibility & Product Awareness:
- Strengthen brand presence and awareness in the market by facilitating and supporting promotional campaigns (including digital platforms).
- Ensure alignment of promotional activities with brand guidelines.
4. Strategic Support for Channel Partners:
- Provide strategic support to channel partners, including marketing assistance, rolling stock management, and aftersales services.
- Support partners with necessary resources to ensure successful execution of sales campaigns.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide actionable market intelligence data to management for informed decision-making.
Key Deliverables:
1. Achieve and exceed predefined regional sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
2. Identify and explore potential avenues to increase market share in the region.
3. Ensure engagement, development, and retention of field sales force to maximize performance.
4. Establish a repeat and referral sales chain, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
5. Provide an exceptional customer experience that enhances satisfaction and brand affinity.
6. Generate accurate reports on market analysis and maintain updated MIS.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Target vs. Achieved Sales (Volume & Value).
2. Number of New Customers Acquired (Distributors, GAS Partners & OEM Dealers).
3. Repeat & Referral Sales.
4. Customer Claims & e-Warranty Management.
5. Growth in Sales (Running 12 Months).
Requirements
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Preferred: MBA in Marketing.
- Preferred: Proven experience of 8-12 years in selling auto accessories or related products.
- Required: Candidates with an automobile background, specifically from the OEM sector, handling passenger car segments or new car accessories.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujrati (local language).
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to build relationships and oversee sales operations.

- Analytical mindset and ability to understand market dynamics.
- Passion to connect with people and drive business growth.
This role requires a high level of commitment to the sales process, a drive to exceed targets, and the ability to lead and manage both direct and indirect teams. The RSM, ASM will play a key role in ensuring the region's success through effective sales strategies and fostering long-term relationships with partners and customers. We are specifically looking for candidates from the automobile background, particularly those with experience in the OEM sector handling passenger cars or new car accessories.
