Role – IT Release Manager

Timing- US shift

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with software development including all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience with IT release management
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile development
  • Experience applying appropriate principles, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with execution of formal software test events
  • Experience with Agile Framework
  • Experience working with Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) Structured thinking
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to task completion
  • Experience in Salesforce Deployment
  • Experience with Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines

Responsibilities:

  • You'll work closely with the Software Engineers, System Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, QA Teams
  • You'll manage all environments including Development, QA, UAT and Production
  • You'll refresh all environments working with development and QA teams
  • You'll manage releases for 3 platforms and work with operations teams to ensure pre-deployment, deployment, and post-release support
  • You'll work with the Scrum master to manage release schedules, aligning work with sprint cycles and product roadmaps
  • Ability work during nights and weekends according to release schedule
