Job Title: Software Release Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases.

The ideal candidate will have experience with software development lifecycle, IT release management, Agile development, and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience in IT release management
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile development
  • Experience applying principles, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout software development lifecycle
  • Experience executing formal software test events
  • Experience working with Agile Framework
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to task completion
  • Experience in Salesforce Deployment
  • Experience with Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines

This role involves managing all environments including Development, QA, UAT and Production, refreshing environments working with development and QA teams, and managing releases for 3 platforms. You will work closely with Software Engineers, System Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, QA Teams, and Scrum masters to manage release schedules aligning work with sprint cycles and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all environments including Development, QA, UAT and Production
  2. Refresh environments working with development and QA teams
  3. Manage releases for 3 platforms
  4. Work closely with Software Engineers, System Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, QA Teams, and Scrum masters
  5. Align work with sprint cycles and product roadmaps
  6. Ability to work during nights and weekends according to release schedule
