Mergers and Acquisitions: Assisting with due diligence, negotiation, and legal compliance in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.
