📍 Location: Bilaspur (Flexible) | Hybrid (Office + Travel)
💰 Salary: ₹60,000 per month
👔 Reporting To: Director – Business Development
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in mining, crushing, and raw material handling projects, with a focus on steel plant operations. The right candidate will have strong connections across JSW, ESL, AMNS, Tata Steel, and other leading steel producers and Iron ore mining companies, along with the ability to blend business acumen with operational knowledge.
What You’ll Do
✅ Build & strengthen relationships with major steel producers
✅ Identify new business opportunities, RFPs & tenders
✅ Lead commercial discussions & contract negotiations
✅ Collaborate with technical/operations teams for proposals
✅ Represent the company in meetings, forums & industry events
What We’re Looking For
🔹 8–15 years’ experience in BD/Sales/Key Account Management (Mining/Crushing/Steel Plant Projects)
🔹 Strong connections across procurement & project teams of top steel players
🔹 B.Tech/Diploma (Mining/Mechanical/Metallurgy) or MBA (Sales/Marketing)
🔹 Strong commercial negotiation & deal closure skills
🔹 Willingness to travel extensively
