Our founding team brings over 50 years of combined technology and product experience, having worked with leading businesses and brands across the Asia Pacific.Job Description:With marketing efforts spread across different countries, our campaigns team will lead our email marketing activities and will be responsible for planning and generating leads through a variety of email campaigns. We want an experienced email marketing executive who can manage the campaigns team and work with the business team to deliver the desired outcome. The ideal candidate will come with updated technical knowledge around bringing right opportunities on the table and the tools and processes needed for the same. Responsibilities:Planning: Understand the ideal customer profile, geographies, industries and plan the right email campaigns using the relevant toolsCampaign Creation: Design innovative outbound marketing strategies to ensure a steady stream of qualified leads, while monitoring open rate, click rate and optimizing reach out plan to land meetings.Lead Delivery: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets.Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Conduct research to craft compelling value propositions and messaging for target accounts and sectors. Develop and implement an ABM strategy to deliver high-value content at the right stage in an account’s discovery and sales journey, capturing and nurturing leads.Analysis: Establish success metrics and oversee the performance analysis of demand generation activities for continuous optimization.RequirementsHands on experience in setting up the tools and platforms that is required for email marketing effortsProven inside sales and email marketing expertise in a SaaS or B2B setup with experience in collaborating with sales teams to generate leads through multi-channel email marketing campaigns.Self-motivated and effective under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Demonstrated expertise in generating qualified leads from email marketing with a history of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.Analytical and Problem-solving aptitudeStrong inter-personal skillsWilling to relocate to BangaloreQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent1 to 3 years of experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns - for software products or IT servicesStrong communication skills - proficient in spoken and written English
