Reports to - Founder


  • Identify key B2B accounts amongst start ups, SME & large companies across industries for opportunities in gifting, pantry and collaborations.
  • Own and drive end-to-end sales targets - from lead generation, pitching, closing, client management, deliverables and payments
  • Build out extensive networks with 3rd party agents, gifting vendors, and aggregators and drive sales
  • Lead all business development and marketing efforts to drive sales - participation in relevant events, cold outreach, networking, online marketing
  • Forge relevant collaborations and partnerships with adjacent brands and other creative avenues for visibility, brand building and sales
  • Work within the budgets, profitability guidelines and brand salience while driving topline growth

 

Key Competencies:


  • Minimum 4-5 years of past experience doing corporate/institutional sales and track record of having built relationships with Procurement admin, HR and marketing teams at large corporate
  • Existing network and relationships with decision makers in large enterprises
  • Ability to network voraciously and build key relationships
  • Stellar communication skills - both verbal and written
