Job Description

We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive/ Manager with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services to other businesses, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Location : Chandigarh and Jaipur
- Salary 3 to 5l

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Meet or exceed sales targets

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of the Indian market and business landscape
