Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. In this role, you will represent our brand— reaching out to existing & potential clients through calls and messages, building strong relationships and generating interest in our ready-for-sale projects. You will also contribute to creating engaging promotional content, handling customer inquiries with professionalism, preparing sales reports and working closely with our Marketing team to implement effective sales strategies. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive & passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales through effective communication & relationship-building.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions & prepare regular sales reports.
• collaborate with marketing team to align sales efforts with broader promotional strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Understand client needs & offer suitable project solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings & client preferences.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate or a related field.
• Excellent English Communication and Interpersonal Skills. (Verbal or Written)
• Ability to handle client interactions confidently over calls, messages and in-person.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Telecommunication systems.
• Proven Sales track record & target achievement.
