As a Contracts Negotiator you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the legal function by streamlining legal review of commercial agreements and increase efficiency for revenue/sales, ensuring the smooth handling of critical documents, streamlining legal processes, and enabling the legal team to operate at peak efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for, among other things, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, statements of work, master agreements, and data privacy agreements, maintaining contracts to ensure accurate and compliant contract records ,and building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with legal counsel and internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to a wide range of legal and business matters. The Contracts Negotiator is more than a support role—it's a critical function that ensures legal compliance, document integrity, and operational excellence. Your attention to detail and proactive support will directly contribute to the legal team's ability to protect and empower the business.

Responsibility ·

· Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for order forms, professional service agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, data privacy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements for Foundry's products and/or services according to internal guidelines, utilizing legal contracts playbook.

· Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself. · Develop and effectively articulate creative solutions and draft appropriate alternative terms, working closely with attorneys within the Legal team, as appropriate.

· Obtain approval for non-standard terms in accordance with internal policies.

· Educate internal teams to promote conformity and consistency in contract terms and legal obligations.

· Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Legal administrative processes and legal documents (contracts, corporate records, non-disclosure agreements, data privacy agreements, etc.).

· Partner with other internal teams to drive process and operational improvements and ensure extraordinary customer experience.

Qualification

· University level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years' experience negotiating legal terms & conditions with directly customers or vendors.

Training or education in law, paralegal skills, negotiation, or legal writing, including IAACM or similar certification required.

Familiarity with media organizations desirable.

· Must be able and willing to work 2 PM - 11 PM (IST). · Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

· Experience working with commercial contract management and a good level of understanding of contract and commercial law.

· Experience managing complex issues, and applying legal, financial and business principles to contracting.

· Must be adept in use of digital tools, document systems, and MS Office - particularly advanced skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint.

· Comfortable working as part of a cross functional team in a high-volume and fast paced environment.

· Posses a "can-do" attitude with no job too big or too small and willing to learn and take on new tasks.

· Exemplify a strong attention to detail and possess superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
