About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & HR Executive who will play a dual role in our growing organization. This position involves managing HR responsibilities related to campus recruitment as well as supporting marketing efforts through branding and video content creation. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, people-oriented, and creative with a keen interest in both talent acquisition and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage tie-ups with colleges and companies for campus recruitment.
  • Line up campus interviews and recruitment drives.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist resumes for various openings.
  • Manage student/college/company communication for recruitment coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment records and follow-up systems.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Participate in video content creation for company branding and promotional campaigns.
  • Support digital marketing efforts through content ideas and branding initiatives.
  • Engage in enquiry handling and provide course/business guidance to walk-ins or leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to represent the brand effectively during campaigns or outreach programs.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Fixed Pay: ₹12,000 per month
  • Variable Pay: Incentives based on performance and achievements
  • Petrol Allowance: Provided for field visits to colleges/companies as per company policy (included in the total ₹2 LPA package)

Who Should Apply?

  • Freshers or professionals with 0–1 years of experience in HR, marketing, or both.
  • Candidates with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with interest in branding, video content, and public engagement.
  • Comfortable with field visits and college/company coordination.
