Marketing Manager – B2B Enterprise SaaS

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to engage enterprise clients.
- Drive MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) growth through LinkedIn, paid ads, email automation, and webinars.
- Optimize lead nurturing funnels to improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL.
2. Performance Marketing & SEO
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic campaigns to optimize cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Own SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.
3. Content & Thought Leadership
- Create compelling whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports to position LiaPlus AI as a category leader.
- Develop executive-level content (articles, presentations, and email sequences) tailored for CTOs and CX leaders.
4. Product Positioning & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Craft value-driven messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards.
- Define and optimize pricing models, competitor positioning, and buyer personas.
5. Event & Partnership Marketing
- Plan and execute industry conferences, roundtables, and enterprise networking events.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry influencers and tech media for PR and brand exposure.
6. Data & Analytics
- Track ROI on marketing spend and optimize campaigns for revenue impact.
- Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights to measure customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing (AI, CX, or automation experience is a plus).
- Strong experience in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM, and demand generation.
- Proven track record in SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & automation tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Deep understanding of CTO/CIO buyer personas and enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized with project management skills.

Requirements
Editing Expertise: Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in softwares like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. AI Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with tools like Haen for avatar creation, RVC for realistic voice modulation, and 11 Labs for voice generation. Creative Vision: Exceptional storytelling ability and attention to detail. Work Ethic: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a dynamic startup culture.
