Working Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in Operations, Program Management, education, edtech, or similar industry
- Proven experience with test series management, assessment operations, or online program delivery is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Test Series Execution
- Oversee the process of executing and managing the test series across various formats (Offline, Computer-based, and Pen-paper).
- Track performance metrics for each test series, using data to identify and address areas for improvement and increased engagement and Students Attendance.
- Address student feedback to continuously improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Creative Thinking & Strategic Initiatives
- Use innovative thinking to develop strategies that differentiate our test series from competitors, increasing its appeal to students.
- Identify new market trends and student needs to suggest additions and improvements to the test series.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Train, and manage a team of coordinators on Offline Centres [Virtual Meetings] involved in the test series, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards on all centres.
Quality Assurance & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and faculties to maintain high-quality and accurate content across all test formats.
- Ensure that test series content, guidelines, and assessments meet internal quality benchmarks, providing students with a reliable preparation resource.
Product Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the CMS, ensuring content workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide timely support and training to CMS users, resolve issues, and ensure high user satisfaction.
Tech Coordination & Development
- Collaborate closely with the tech-product team to suggest, track, and test new feature developments and improvements in the CMS.
- Act as a bridge between users and tech-product to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
Skill Set:
- Test Series Management – Expertise in executing and managing large-scale test series across offline, CBT, and pen-paper formats.
- Team Leadership – Experience in training and managing cross-functional coordination teams for smooth test operations.
- CMS Operations – Operational know-how in handling CMS platforms, streamlining content workflows, and supporting users.
- Tech Collaboration – Capable of working with tech-product teams for feature development, testing, and implementation.
- Process Improvement – Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Google Suite, MS Office, and Basic Project Management Software.
- Familiarity with educational assessment tools, CRM software, or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
