Job Title:

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee daily operations of our content management system.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in operations, program management, education, edtech, or similar industry.
  • Proven experience with test series management, assessment operations, or online program delivery is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CMS Management: Oversee daily CMS operations, ensuring smooth workflows for content creation, review, and distribution.
  2. Data Analysis: Use SQL to extract, analyze, and report on CMS data, driving insights for performance and improvement.
  3. Automation: Leverage AppScript to automate CMS tasks and optimize workflows, enhancing efficiency.
  4. Product Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CMS issues using developer tools, ensuring system reliability.
  5. Enhancements & Features: Raise product requirements, collaborate with developers for bug fixes, feature requests, and improvements.
  6. Ai Tools: Utilize AI tools to streamline content management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance user experiences.
  7. User Support: Provide training and resolve queries for internal teams, ensuring effective CMS usage.

Skill Set:

  • CMS Operations: Proficient in managing and optimizing CMS workflows.
  • SQL: Strong ability to query and analyze CMS data.
  • AppScript: Expertise in automating processes within the CMS.
  • Ai Tools: Knowledge of using AI tools for process automation and content management enhancement.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to identify system improvements and work with developers for enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting: Experience in resolving technical issues using developer tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Suite, MS Office, and Basic Project Management Software.
  • Familiarity with educational assessment tools, CRM software, or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL, AppScript, Developer tools.
  • Have keen interest in optimization through AI Tools.
