Job Title: Operations Manager for Educational Programs

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of educational programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operations, ensuring seamless workflows, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • CMS Management: Oversee daily CMS operations, ensuring smooth workflows for content creation, review, and distribution.
  • Data Analysis: Use SQL to extract, analyze, and report on CMS data, driving insights for performance and improvement.
  • Automation: Leverage AppScript to automate CMS tasks and optimize workflows, enhancing efficiency.
  • Product Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CMS issues using developer tools, ensuring system reliability.
  • Enhancements & Features: Raise product requirements, collaborate with developers for bug fixes, feature requests, and improvements.
  • Ai Tools: Utilize AI tools to streamline content management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance user experiences.
  • User Support: Provide training and resolve queries for internal teams, ensuring effective CMS usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CMS Operations: Proficient in managing and optimizing CMS workflows.
  • SQL: Strong ability to query and analyze CMS data.
  • AppScript: Expertise in automating processes within the CMS.
  • Ai Tools: Knowledge of using AI tools for process automation and content management enhancement.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to identify system improvements and work with developers for enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting: Experience in resolving technical issues using developer tools.
