Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We're looking for a product-obsessed, creative, and ambitious Product Lead to join our team.

What you'll do:

  • Own and set up QC (Quality Control) systems end-to-end, ensuring high product standards across Tilt's lines.
  • Lead product development from concept to launch, working closely with design, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with vendors and manufacturers, building strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle negotiations with suppliers and vendors to balance quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Conduct ongoing R&D into fabrics, trims, fits, and construction methods to keep Tilt's products innovative and market-leading.
  • Collaborate with the team to align product development with brand vision and customer needs.
  • Continuously analyze product performance and customer feedback to guide improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production management, ideally in lingerie, apparel, or consumer goods.
  • Proven ability to set up and run QC systems that maintain high product standards.
  • Strong experience working with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers in India (experience with international vendors is a plus).
  • Skilled in negotiation and vendor management, balancing cost and quality.
  • Hands-on with R&D in fabrics, trims, and garment construction, with an eye for innovation.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented yet creative — you care about both the numbers and the feel of the product.

  • Salary – ₹40,000–₹50,000/month based on experience + Esops
  • Work from office in DN Nagar, Andheri West | 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
