You’ll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to align business processes with scalable IT solutions and lead domain-specific innovation.In this role, you will:Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and business use casesLead product development initiatives including MVP, PoC, wireframing, sprint planning, and validationDrive best practices and innovation strategies across digital platforms and engineering workflowsParticipate in architecture reviews, platform selection, and solution configuration validationEnable knowledge transfer, stakeholder training, and competency development programsAct as a strategic advisor across delivery, analysis, vendor coordination, and governanceSupport presales activities including RFP/RFI responses and CoE initiativesContribute to mobile app development for rig tracking and smart competency platformsYour Profile12–18 years of experience in Oil & Gas digital transformation and IT deliveryStrong domain expertise across upstream (exploration, drilling, reservoir), midstream (data management, real-time monitoring), and downstream (digital platforms, consulting)Hands-on experience with Microsoft (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#) or Java, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWSProficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SAP Quantum, Kafka, FigmaFamiliarity with Oil & Gas applications like WellView, Petrolink, Kongsberg DWeb, PressureView, GEWS, LogMasterStrong understanding of data and visualization tools: Oracle EMSDB, MS Access, Power BI, PowerAppsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, Geoscience, or IT (Master’s/MBA preferred)Experience in Agile, Scrum, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and digital oilfield/smart field solutionsFamiliarity with platforms such as SAP IS-Oil, Honeywell, AVEVA, OSIsoft PI, SCADAWhat You’ll Love About Working HereWe value flexibility and support our employees with remote work options and adaptable schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Our inclusive culture brings together diverse professionals committed to growth, innovation, and excellence.You’ll have access to continuous learning opportunities and certifications in emerging technologies like cloud, AI, and energy transition.About UsAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
