Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud-based projects and services, ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. The role requires strategic oversight of cloud architecture, delivery excellence, resource management, and continuous improvement across multiple cloud engagements (Public, Private, and Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

  • Lead the overall delivery of cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, and Managed Services) across multiple client engagements.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and SLAs.
  • Establish governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and delivery best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from design, implementation, migration, to post-deployment support.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership across cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, etc.).
  • Review architecture and design solutions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging cloud trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and optimization.
  • Drive automation and standardization across delivery operations.

Team & Resource Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Specialists.
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and skill development across projects.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure competency enhancement for the delivery team.

Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a primary escalation point for delivery issues and ensure proactive resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Teams to support proposal creation, RFP responses, and solution validation.

Operational Excellence:

  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, automation, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements for cloud operations.
  • Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, and operational KPIs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP / VMware).
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in managing large-scale, complex, multi-tenant cloud environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • ITIL / PMP / Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 12–18 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Services with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery head role.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level cloud projects and service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • On-time, within-budget project delivery.
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT / NPS) scores.
  • Delivery quality metrics and SLA adherence.
  • Resource utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Revenue growth and profitability contribution.
