Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Interiors division. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, specifically within the interiors industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in sales (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in client relationship management (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
- Proven ability in interior design, with a thorough understanding of design principles
- Strong project management skills, with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid market research skills to identify potential business opportunities
- Effective negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships
- Experience in budgeting to effectively manage project finances
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interiors market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Lead sales initiatives, including the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to clients' requirements
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, managing resources effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver superior design solutions
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and project progress
