Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role. - Strong technical knowledge of the product or service being sold. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and articulate customer requirements. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales support tools. Skills: - Technical expertise in the relevant product or service. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
