The Marketing Excellence Manager will drive key strategic marketing initiatives and ensure operational execution across geographies and functions. This role includes project managing innovation and go-to-market efforts, analyzing marketing and campaign performance, and supporting cross-functional coordination.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Support & Project Management

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration throughout the innovation process-from finalizing market, customer, and competitor research to shaping category strategy, operating plans, and financial models.
  • Project manage innovation and new product development (NPD) initiatives ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives.
  • Drive strategic marketing activities such as campaign refreshes, collateral updates, and content rollouts based on business priorities and market needs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and risks across projects, escalate appropriately, and ensure timely resolution to maintain momentum.

Marketing Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze product, campaign, and lead funnel performance across markets and categories to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor and report on digital and social media performance; identify opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, and visibility.
  • Analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with category managers to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to strengthen key account relationships.
  • Study the pattern of success across regions and compile global success stories against each growth lever

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

MBA in Marketing

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing strategy—preferably in the nutraceuticals, or health sciences sector.
