Job Title: Innovation/Service Designer

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Reports To: Director of Innovation

We are looking for a profile with a design background, sensitive to user-centered design methodologies such as User Research, Systems Design, and Service Design to design and deliver innovation programs for corporate clients.

In direct collaboration with the Director of Innovation, you will :

  • Innovation Program Design & Management- Create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities with a range of clients, including corporates, startups, and public bodies where human-centered innovation can drive value, scoping related projects and deliverables to meet client goals.
  • Conduct user research and derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Link methodologies.

Your profile

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hub/consultancy, design agency).
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process and are able to be proactive and bring new insights on each of them.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understand technological trends and challenges: you are at least curious to know more about this field.
  • Be a master of PPT / Keynote
