Therefore, we need a great people manager to manage our talented technical consultants, functional & devops engineers. Your primary focus will be on people management by fostering a high-performing team culture, ensuring the successful delivery of services to both customers and internal ServiceNow teams, as part of a global network. As a people leader, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing talent, implementing Plat4mation-wide standards, and driving continuous improvement across teams. You will work closely with onshore delivery leads and managers, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment on project goals and deliverables. We expect our leaders to stay engaged with the team’s progress, provide guidance and support, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will lead by example, champion our Core Values, and step in to support team members whenever necessary. In addition to managing the team, you will contribute to pre-sales and solutioning efforts as a consultant and success advisor for new prospects, ensuring that your insights directly impact the growth of the business. This role will report directly to the Director of Delivery, India.Next to managing the team you will contribute to a delivery role, e.g. by working as a technical consultant/success advisor/project lead/ Architect in a customer assignment where applicable (30 to 35%)In your role as the Engineering Manager, ServiceNow (65 to 70%) your responsibilities are.Scheduling & Chargeability:Scheduling of team members to projectsScheduling of projects, opportunities and internal tasks linked to the teamAccountable for Utilization of Team members (billable vs non-billable)Work with the customer delivery lead to always improve team chargeabilityResponsible for demand and supplyTeam & Knowledge ManagementDevelop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff.Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staffDrive the employee performance cycle for team membersMaintain a program to continually develop personal skills of all staffGrow and learn (with) the team.Improve quality on professional behavior & deliverablesTeam and employee Engagement & Fun (Events)Drive innovations and Knowledge Sharing (Gamification of Knowledge, Brownbag sessions)Stimulate positive working environment and build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services across the organizationEnable and encourage the team to adhere to the hybrid working cultureBuild new capabilities within the team by implementing learning strategies in collaboration with the India leadershipRecruiting & Onboarding:Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training.On- and offboarding of team members (Employer, Project or Role related)Manage the JML process for the employeesObjectives & KPI’sDefine, Manage and Control the Key Performance IndicatorsRealization of operational, financial and personal development goals within the teamGovernance on service quality delivered within the team that meets short and long term organizational and market goals.Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge managementMeet all the KPI’s for this roleDirect - Churn rate, Utilization and billabilityIndirect (Influence) - NPS (CSAT and ESAT)Initiatives:Lead and own local initiatives –GenAI focusDevelop Accelerators or re-usable assetsAutomation & innovationCapability buildingKnowledge & Learning initiativesOther initiatives as per the needs and goals of the companyWe askYou have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degreeYou have at least 9to 16 years of overall experience working in a dynamic consulting organizationMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience with managing team members as manager.Should have grown from a developer to a lead/ manager roleExperience with implementing ServiceNow is a big plusWork experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM, SecOps is an advantage.CIS Certification’s in ServiceNow will be a great assetExperience in managing workstreams or projects as well as pre-salesExperience with working with KPI’s, project finance and professional servicesFluent in English.Proficient with MS office toolsYou like to make others successful and happyYou are hands-on and prefers to have management activities in your job descriptionYou are highly analytical, emphatic and have excellent communication skills
