Position Purpose
The SLA Coordinator will be responsible for the management, coordination, and governance of Service Level Agreements (Internal Contracts – IC). The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal/compliance teams to ensure effective SLA issuance, signing, monitoring, and review.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Coordinate SLA (IC – Internal Contract) issuance with IC Factory Team, Banking Platform IT ISPL, Project Managers, and Beneficiaries.
Manage SLA (IC – Internal Contract) signature with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and providers.
Ensure legal documents align with project deliveries; escalate blocking issues where necessary.
Produce and maintain KPIs for SLA (IC – Internal Contract).
Schedule, prepare, and lead committee meetings.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams; adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
Initiate contracts upon deployment of purchase or in-house applications.
After SLA signing, ensure service reviews with beneficiaries and providers (covering KPIs, services, etc.).
Actively contribute to overall SLA governance.
Manage SLA control execution.
Contributing Responsibilities
Support SLA issuance and coordination with IC Factory Team, IT Office, Project Managers, and Beneficiaries.
Technical Skills
10+ years of relevant SLA (IC – Internal Contract) experience.
Strong knowledge of Legal documentation, Data Protection (GDPR), IT Security.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: 9–12 years, with at least 10 years of relevant SLA/IC management experience.
Preferred: Legal experience or background in internal/external contracts.
