Are you passionate about Conga CPQ & CLM solutions and experienced in Salesforce platform integrations? We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to join our growing team at CBS.

âś… Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and migration challenges.
  • Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies for Conga solutions.
  • Configure data models, build migration scripts, and use tools for accurate data transformation.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality through validation and cleansing processes.
  • Optimize migration workflows for efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, business users, and stakeholders to align with project goals.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and user stories for migration activities.


🎯 Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Conga CPQ & CLM solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform (custom development, APIs, integration).
  • Hands-on experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and scripting for custom solutions.
  • Analytical mindset for handling large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in fast-paced environments.
