🚀 We’re Hiring – Data Migration Specialist (Conga CPQ & CLM) 🚀

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & India

🖥️ Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid

📑 Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract / Permanent)

Are you passionate about Conga CPQ & CLM solutions and experienced in Salesforce platform integrations? We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to join our growing team at CBS.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and migration challenges.
- Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies for Conga solutions.
- Configure data models, build migration scripts, and use tools for accurate data transformation.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through validation and cleansing processes.
- Optimize migration workflows for efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business users, and stakeholders to align with project goals.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and user stories for migration activities.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong expertise in Conga CPQ & CLM solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform (custom development, APIs, integration).
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
- Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and scripting for custom solutions.
- Analytical mindset for handling large, complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in fast-paced environments.
