JOB DESCRIPTION Role Objective To plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive qualified leads, online sales, and brand visibility — ensuring a measurable ROI on all paid marketing spends. This role is responsible for the strategic leadership, performance analytics, and cross-channel integration of all digital marketing initiatives Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a performance marketing roadmap aligned with overall business goals. Plan media budgets and allocate spends across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments for customer acquisition. 2. Campaign Management Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns: planning, targeting, creatives, tracking, and optimisation. Set up and manage ad accounts and ensure correct pixel/tracking integrations. Oversee remarketing, display, and performance-driven social campaigns. Work closely with creative/Design teams to ensure strong ad messaging and design alignment. 3. Analytics & Optimization Continuously track campaign performance — Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Action (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS). Conduct testing on ads, landing pages, and audience sets. Analyse funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and recommend improvements. Build and maintain dashboards (Google Data Studio, Power BI) for weekly/monthly reporting. 4. Team & Vendor Management Lead a team of Performance Marketing Executives, Analysts, and Creative Designers. Coordinate with Sales, Tech, CRM, and Product teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Manage external agencies and ensure deliverables meet business goals and timelines. 5. Marketing Technology & Automation Ensure proper integration of marketing tools — CRM, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Automation tools. Drive performance through data-led insights and use of AI tools for predictive targeting. 6. Key Skills & Competencies Required: Technical Skills Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Programmatic. Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and attribution models. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo, etc.). Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI for reporting and insights. Core Competencies Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset . Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong collaboration with design, sales, and product teams. Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies. Ability to manage high budgets with strong ROI focus. 10–12 years of experience in Digital / Performance Marketing with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience in managing budgets across multiple channels. Proven success in scaling paid campaigns for high-growth brands or startups.
