We work with renowned European brands and demand the highest standards of precision, finish, and professional excellence in all our projects.ROLE SUMMARYWe seek a technically strong, detail-driven Site Engineer capable of managing interiors, modular furniture installation, MEP coordination, and site readiness with complete ownership. This role involves marking furniture layouts to scale, coordinating MEP points, supervising installation teams, and ensuring flawless execution on luxury sites.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSite Execution & Supervision - Manage all on-site civil and interior finishing activities for luxury homes, villas, and office spaces. - Ensure site readiness before installation of modular furniture or premium residential furniture. - Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and site discipline.Furniture Marking & Layout Verification - Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings prepared by the design team. - Mark full-size furniture layouts on site (1:1 scale) based on drawings for beds, wardrobes, sofas, modular workstations, conference tables, etc. - Verify clearances, circulation space, door swings, and alignment with architectural elements. - Identify site-level discrepancies and immediately inform the design/production team.MEP Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) - Coordinate with MEP consultants and contractors to ensure service points match furniture positions. - Indicate exact locations for electrical sockets, light points, plumbing outlets, data points, and HVAC openings. - Prevent service clashes with wardrobes, beds, modular partitions, office workstations, and wall panels. - Raise RFI (Request for Information) when site conditions differ from drawings.Modular Office Furniture Execution - Manage the installation of modular office systems (workstations, partitions, cabins, collaborative spaces). - Check issues related to furniture wobbling, floor undulations, leveling, and anchoring. - Release electrical and data points from the furniture marking to ensure accuracy. - Ensure ergonomic clearances, cable management, and workstation positioning are flawless.Measurement, Verification & Reporting - Conduct detailed site measurements and cross-verify with AutoCAD layouts. - Identify mismatches or issues early and prevent rework. - Maintain daily progress reports, snag lists, checklists, and material tracking. - Prepare professional documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Client, Architect & Vendor Coordination - Represent Altossa Projects professionally at all site meetings. - Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, main contractors, and international suppliers. - Provide technical clarifications and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.Mobility & Flexibility - Must have a two-wheeler for travelling to multiple sites. - Ability to work extended hours based on client or installation requirements.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSEducational Background - Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). - B.Tech Civil is a plus.Technical Expertise - Strong AutoCAD knowledge — reading, interpreting, and verifying drawings. - High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Solid understanding of civil finishing, interiors, modular systems, and MEP services. - Ability to mark furniture layouts (1:1 scale) accurately on site.Experience - 2–6 years of site execution experience in luxury interiors or modular office furniture installation. - Experience with HNI clients, premium projects, or international brands is an added advantage.Personal Attributes - Extreme attention to detail. - Ownership mindset and strong problem-solving skills. - Clear communication and professional presentation. - Ability to foresee issues and prevent costly mistakes.WHY JOIN ALTOSSA PROJECTS? - Work on ultra-premium homes, villas, and boutique office projects. - Exposure to Italian/European brands and high-precision modular systems. - Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding luxury interiors organisation. - Direct mentorship from founders and a professional environment focused on excellence.
