Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Participate in building the modern Payout technology and banking infrastructure with the fastest growing Fintech company in India.
  • Passionate about onboarding client partners with innovative payout solutions.
  • Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing a Industry and Region specific plan to achieve the same.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • New Customer Acquisition in thePayouts domain.
  • Achieve assigned Targets consistently and collectively as a team for the Region.
  • Manage new Customers as onboarded to ensure customer delight and positive word of mouth.
  • To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio.

What are we looking for?

  • Passion towards the next generation of payout solutions
  • Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interacting with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.'
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client- centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge about Digital Payout, Fintech Industry with a mandatory PG background
  • Should have around 6-8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the Payout solutioning/sales roles.
  • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
  • Should be open with traveling across the region.
  • Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals. Quick learner, able to drive customer centricity in the team and adaptable to changing business needs.
