Do you thrive on scaling retail programs, managing large teams, and building strong partnerships with top-tier mobile brands? If yes, we want to connect with you
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end retail sell-in/sell-out programs across India.
- Drive business outcomes in sales, coverage, visibility, and consumer engagement.
- Manage promoter programs, distributor relationships, and in-store activations.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading mobile brands
- Own financials – budgets, margins, ROI, and program reporting.
- Lead & inspire a multi-layer team of regional leads, trainers, and support staff.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ year’s experience in the mobile handset ecosystem.
- Strong exposure to sell-in/sell-out operations at scale.
- Proven success working with LFR chains and GT networks.
- Expertise in distributor management, promoter productivity, and in-store execution.
- Graduate in Business/Marketing/Retail (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
