Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in administering and managing SharePoint Online environments.Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online customization, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms.Proficiency in configuring SharePoint search settings and optimizing search results.Experience with SharePoint Online integration with Microsoft 365 services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve SharePoint-related issues effectively.Strong understanding of SharePoint governance policies and compliance standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide training and support to end-users.Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance.Experience with maintaining documentation of SharePoint configurations and best practices.Knowledge of the latest SharePoint Online features and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

SharePoint certifications or relevant Microsoft 365 certifications.Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online administration.Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom development. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Azure, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) offerings.Strong understanding of Azure services and technologies, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.Proficiency in cloud architecture frameworks, such as Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Azure Well-Architected Framework.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
