We are looking for a monetization leader, who can help us grow our indirect revenue ads sales book. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media sales.

This role will report in to the head of the indirect revenue team. You should be comfortable with external ad network leaders, build and scale revenues, and have the ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders / teams.

Key job responsibilities:

•Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective management of programmatic auctions, optimizing yield and performance.

•Create and maintain strong relationships with the programmatic players in market.

•Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

•Provide day-to-day management on video and display demand partners, including bid management, forecasting, layout optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Knowledge of major SSP's, DSP's, trading desks, DMP's and agencies.

• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Attain monthly and quarterly revenue growth goals for Indirect sales.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive integrated solutions and achieve revenue goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience
- Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape
- Knowledge of key buyers of global video, display and content advertising solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- MBA
