Drive overall revenue generation for the business line by identifying new channels, strengthening aggregator partnerships, and implementing innovative growth initiatives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring superior customer experience and increased lifetime value. Identify high-potential opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals with a solution-oriented approach. Expand the prospective client base through proactive outreach, networking, and effective industry relationship management. Oversee sales data analysis to track performance, forecast business trends, and support strategic decision-making. Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to improve productivity, enhance capabilities, and meet shared goals. Continuously evaluate internal processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth for the highest revenue generation.
