Break down specs, unblock engineers, and ship at startup speed.Debug and optimize. Dive into DAU drops, retention issues, or conversion gaps — and fix them.Define what matters. Use data and user insight to prioritize features that truly shift metrics.Stay close to users. Read every review, understand pain points, and translate them into action.Lead through ambiguity.
