About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and success of our mobile applications business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative mobile apps that meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: ● Define and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals. ● Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends. ● Develop and maintain a product roadmap. Customer Insights and Market Research: ● Conduct market research, surveys, and competitive analysis. ● Translate insights into actionable features and enhancements. ● Collaborate with UX teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Product Development and Execution ● Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality apps. ● Define and prioritize product requirements. ● Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch optimization. Performance Tracking and Optimization ● Establish KPIs to measure product success. ● Monitor app performance, user engagement, and retention metrics. ● Use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration ● Act as a liaison between business, technical, and design teams. ● Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. ● 5-7 years of product management experience in mobile apps or software products. ● Strong understanding of iOS/Android platforms and app development processes. ● Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Asana, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● The analytical mindset to drive decisions and measure success. Preferred Skills ● Success in launching and scaling consumer-facing mobile applications. ● Experience building 0-to-1 products.
