Performance Marketing Executive (Part-Time) — Omnicom Incrix GroupOmnicom Group’s digital performance arm, Omnicom Incrix Group, is expanding. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to support high-impact paid acquisition campaigns on a flexible part-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channelsOwn core KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign ROIBuild audiences, run A/B tests, adjust bids/budgets, and improve funnel efficiencyAnalyze data via Google Analytics and internal dashboards to deliver actionable insightsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and stakeholdersPartner with creative and content teams to align messaging with paid strategyStay updated on paid media trends, policy changes, and algorithm updatesRequirementsHands-on experience managing paid acquisition (freelance, agency, or in-house)Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization logicComfortable interpreting data and making fast, informed decisionsFluent in English (written & verbal).
