Performance Marketing SpecialistA key role in our performance marketing team is available for a Fresher Performance Marketer. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial part in helping India's top coaches & EdTech brands scale using paid ads, funnels & automation.You'll be involved in running and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube.Setting up, testing, and optimizing webinars, video sales letters (VSLs), and lead magnet funnels will be your responsibility.Landing page creation, copy testing, and conversions are other essential aspects of this role.You will brainstorm and execute ad creatives, hooks, and copywriting to drive results.Tracking campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Attendance) and preparing reports will be an important task.Assisting in WhatsApp/SMS/email automation flows for clients will also be part of your responsibilities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.A basic knowledge of performance marketing through courses, self-study, internships, or projects is necessary.Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Funnel Builders, Email/WhatsApp automation is required.Data analysis skills and the ability to draw insights from data will be helpful.Strong written English and creative thinking are also expected.We Offer:A direct mentorship from the founder and CEO.The opportunity to work on high-ticket campaigns with significant ad spends.A growth roadmap: Marketer → Senior Marketer → Head of Growth.Exposure to cutting-edge funnels, automation, and AI tools that most agencies don't use.Performance-based incentives on top of salary.
