REST Api.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or equivalent) to enforce change approval workflows.Develop automation for rollback, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.Support technical staff in submitting, tracking, and documenting change requests.Build dashboards and reports for technical compliance metrics.Pilot test enforcement workflows in high-risk domains (e.g., firewall, payment, surveillance).Troubleshoot and fine-tune enforcement controls to balance security with operational efficiency.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of ITSM or IT operations engineering experience.Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.Experience integrating security controls into IT operations workflows.Knowledge of scripting/automation for change rollbacks and enforcement.Familiarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise change management practices.
