ServiceNow Developer (Contract / Ad Hoc) Engagement Type: Temporary, Hourly Basis Location: Remote (3–4 hours overlap with Perth, 4 hours availability in 7 AM to 2 PM IST ) Hours: 4–5 hours per day Rate: ₹ 2000 - ₹ 2500 per hour Duration: Approx. 100 hours (overall ₹2 - ₹2.5L fees) About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support our team following a recent implementation. The ideal candidate will help resolve existing platform issues, optimise processes, and upskill internal staff through knowledge transfer and best practice guidance. This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for professionals who enjoy short-term technical engagements and mentoring. Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues within ServiceNow - Configure and enhance ITSM processes and workflows - Develop scripts and automation solutions - Support integrations with Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and other systems - Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team members - Collaborate remotely with at least 3–4 hours overlap with Perth (AWST) Required Skills & Qualifications ✔ ServiceNow Certified Developer and/or Administrator ✔ Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) ✔ Hands-on experience with: - Configuration & form design - Scripting (JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting) - Workflow and automation design - Third-party integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Slack) - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Previous experience in knowledge sharing or mentoring preferred
