Key Responsibilities • Oversee timely issuance of demand letters, collection tracking, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with banks for disbursements, loan documentation, and payment confirmations. • Facilitate agreement and registration processes with legal and sales teams. • Maintain updated customer data, payment schedules, and status reports. • Plan and conduct possession handovers in coordination with project teams. • Respond to customer queries professionally and ensure timely closure. • Monitor aging reports, identify pending payments, and initiate recovery. • Generate MIS reports for collections, registrations, and possessions. • Guide CRM executives and support training initiatives.
