We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ''Business Development Manager'' - Real Estate to drive project acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate redevelopment, government policies, and market dynamics. This role requires proactive identification and sourcing of potential projects through networking, tenders, and brokers.

Experience: 10-15 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Redevelopment

Key Requirements -

Experience: 10-15 years in real estate, with a strong focus on redevelopment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, PowerPoint).

Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Industry Knowledge: Expertise in MHADA Policies, MCGM, DCPR, redevelopment, and government policies.

Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Market Research: Strong ability to analyze market trends, conduct surveys, and identify growth opportunities.

Follow-up & Coordination: Strong relationship-building skills with brokers, property owners, and stakeholders.
