Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting critical concerns, managing F5 infrastructure, configuring F5-based solutions, and assisting in security architecture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, offering an opportunity to work in a highly specialized IT environment.Roles and DeliverablesCustomer specific Troubleshooting.Proactive assessments (system health checks) & ReportsSystem hardening reviews & recommendationsMonthly system log reviewsF5 Quarterly Security Notifications: Review & RecommendationsOperational system auditsTMOS Upgrade AssessmentsCustomer specific Standard Operations Procedures (SOP)Deployment of new solutions/ featuresMaintenance Window AssistanceF5 support case assistance Support Case AssistanceCollaboration with F5 SupportWeekly review of open support cases, status updates and recommended next steps.RCA Reports and Post Incident ReviewsRecommendations for mitigative and corrective actions to avoid issues from recurringQuarterly CVE ReviewsExperience5+ years of relevant Experience is mandatoryQualificationsExpertise in Network Administration and Network Engineering, ensuring efficiency and scalability of F5 Networks systemsProficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex issuesStrong experience in Network Security to address vulnerabilities and implement secure protocolsStrong Knowledge of F5 technologies, including configuration and maintenance skills, is highly desirableAbility to manage and prioritize tasks, with commitment to providing exceptional supportRelevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified Administrator, CCNA/CCNP) are advantageousStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
