Job Title: Business Development Executive (PRO)

Kanakaveda Luxurious Wellness Centre , led by Dr. Ashwini Gaikwad , is a premium wellness facility specializing in non-surgical obesity management and holistic health solutions.

Our evidence-based treatments help individuals achieve sustainable weight loss without the need for surgery, gym workouts, crash dieting, or extreme fasting.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (PRO) to establish and strengthen strategic referral partnerships with Super Speciality Doctors such as Cardiologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Diabetologists, Oncologists, Gynaecologists, and other specialists.

The role will involve networking, relationship building, and revenue-driven referral generation.

Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building & Referral Generation
  • Identify and connect with Super Speciality Doctors and healthcare professionals to create a strong referral network.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Kanakaveda's non-surgical obesity treatments for patients suffering from obesity-related complications (e.g., diabetes, cardiac issues, joint pain, PCOS, cancer risks, etc.).
  • Organize and conduct meetings, presentations, and awareness sessions with doctors and healthcare facilities to promote Kanakaveda's wellness solutions.
Business Development & Revenue Target Achievement
  • Strategically drive referral-based business growth and meet monthly revenue targets.
  • To develop doctor engagement programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Follow up on potential leads and patient referrals received from medical professionals.
Brand Positioning & Public Relations
  • Represent Kanakaveda Luxurious Wellness Centre at medical conferences, healthcare forums, and networking events.
  • Ensure doctors and specialists recognize and trust Kanakaveda as a premium wellness solution for obesity-related concerns.
Key Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or PRO roles in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical sectors.

Skillset:

  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Knowledge of obesity-related medical conditions and healthcare marketing trends is a plus.
