Designation: Video News Producer (Youtube)Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai (Onsite)We are looking for a dynamic News Producer to join our newsroom team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about breaking news, digital storytelling, and real-time content production across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Track news from agencies, groups, and websites, and alert the team on breaking developments.Deliver short news videos (shorts/reels) quickly on breaking stories.Line up guests/speakers for top stories of the day (database will be provided).Oversee live streaming of news content across platforms.Manage StreamYard operations for anchor-led lives on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X.Source visuals and coordinate with video editors for fast turnarounds.Promote and distribute content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X) and coordinate with the website and newspaper team for alignment.Regularly update content on WhatsApp and Telegram channels.Generate transcripts from interviews/long formats and identify engaging reel/short-form content.What We’re Looking For:Strong news sense and ability to act quickly under pressure.Hands-on experience with live streaming tools (StreamYard or similar).Familiarity with multi-platform publishing (YouTube, Insta, FB, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, Telegram).Excellent coordination and communication skills.Prior newsroom or digital news production experience is a plus.
